Group HR Manager

Group HR Manager | Luxury Accommodation | Western Cape

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and strategic Group HR Manager to oversee and manage human resources across a luxury accommodation portfolio in the Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated HR professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for people management within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee group-wide human resources operations, policies and procedures.
  

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  

• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding and employee retention.
  

• Oversee employee relations, performance management and disciplinary processes.
  

• Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and relevant employment regulations.
  

• Support management teams with HR guidance, workforce planning and organisational development.
  

• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance.
  

• Manage HR administration, reporting and personnel records across the group.
  

• Promote a positive workplace culture and maintain high standards of professionalism.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior HR management role, ideally within hospitality, luxury accommodation or a multi-property environment.
  

• A relevant qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  

• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices.
  

• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Experience managing employee relations, recruitment and performance management.
  

• Strong organisational, administrative and problem-solving abilities.
  

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior management.
  

Salary: Market-related, depending on experience.
