Group Leader Development SLP (Operational Development)

The Group Leader Development is responsible for local development activities of the business unit for the operational development group, contributing to the DevCenter strategy. The function is accountability for market focused development (construction & formulation ownership) and maintenance of the local portfolio SLP facility. That includes responsibility organize and assign activities for their team to perform raw material exchanges, formulations optimization and operations support. Local solutions and standards are created to ensure technology leadership and competitiveness of the business unit. It contains the responsibility of the team and its interfaces.

• Bachelor in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and other related sciences. Master degree is a plus.
• > 2 years of technical experience in polymer industry
• Project management experience in major projects
• Successfully completed projects with high complexity
• > 1 year leadership experience (direct or functional in projects)
• Experience in international project
• Advanced English and Spanish communication
