<p><b>Designation:</b> Group Leader - EHS</p> <p class="Office Location"><b>Office Location:</b> Halol</p> <p class="Position description"><b>Position description:</b> </p><ul><li><span style="text-align:justify;text-indent:-18pt;font-size:9pt;line-height:107%;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;">Designing & implementing EHS Policies, Management systems, plans, training programs and general procedures while utilizing the Behaviour Based Safety Standards and latest international ISO & OHSAS standards including 18001, 14001 & 9001 and Process Safety Standards.</span></li><li>Managing the safety within and out of battery limit with key focus on zero accident and no loss due to fire. Excellent communication & relationship management skills with demonstrated abilities in mentoring motivated teams/ workforce.</li><li>Designing and implementing fire safety system and monitoring, controlling & deploying fire personnel round the clock.</li><li>To drive preventive maintenance program of fire and safety equipment</li><li>Designing and deploying traffic management and its control to prevent accident. </li></ul><p class="Primary Responsibilities"><b>Educational qualifications preferred</b></p><ul class="Category Group"> <li class="Degree"><b>Degree:</b> BE/BTech</li> </ul> <ul><li><b>Required Certification/s:</b> <span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;font-size:13.3333px;">Diploma in Industrial Safety from Govt.Recongnized Institute</span></li><li class="Industry"><b>Industry:</b> Preferably from OEM</li><li class="Role"><b>Role:</b> Environment, Health & Safety</li><li class="Years of experience"><b>Years of experience:</b> 10-12 Years</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills:</b></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:10pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:-18pt;">Should have at least 10 to 12 years of experience which includes Contractor safety</span></li><li>Sound knowledge on Statutory compliances, Audits, Emergency preparedness & Mock drill with reference to HSE.</li><li>Functional expertise in managing the safety with key focus on zero accident</li><li>Should have excellent communication & relationship management skills with abilities in mentoring motivated teams/ workforce.</li></ul><p><span style="font-weight:bolder;">Competencies & cultural requirements:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size:10pt;text-indent:-18pt;">Team Player, Driver, Go getter</span></li><li>Directing, leading & motivating workforce and imparting continuous on job training</li><li>Priority Setting & People Management Skill</li><li>Work Delegation & Managing Skill</li></ul><p><span style="font-weight:bolder;"><br /></span></p>
