Group Leader Process - Tires

Leads a team of engineers to optimize tire manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and support new product launches using structured problem-solving and automotive quality tools.

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Group Leader Process to lead a team of engineers in driving process optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is instrumental in enhancing manufacturing performance, supporting business objectives, and fostering a culture of innovation, quality and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure stable and efficient production;
  • Identify process bottlenecks and lead problem-solving activities using structured methodologies;
  • Support new product launches and industrialization projects, ensuring smooth implementation into production;
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where needed;
  • Lead root cause analysis activities and drive sustainable corrective and preventive actions;
  • Manage engineering resources, priorities, and project timelines to meet business needs;
  • Leads internal strategic projects and fulfill the tasks defined within them;
  • Provides mentoring and onboarding training for new team members in Process Engineering;
  • Actively participate in problem-solving activities and corrective actions.
  • Technical University Degree in Engineering;
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Process Engineering in manufacturing industry;
  • Previous leadership experience - minimum 3 years;
  • Advanced Quality Core Competencies: Structured Problem Solving, internal Audit, KPI Management;
  • Advanced knowledge related to Automotive Core Tools;
  • Advanced English level;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office;
  • Solid understanding of stakeholders and industry trends;
  • Project management track record;
  • Experience in managing budgets and costs;
  • Experience in successfully managing a change process;
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization;
  • Knowledge of rubber manufacturing represents a plus.
