Group Marketing Manager
About InvestSure Group
InvestSure Group brings together businesses across property development, investment and capital partnerships, and physical commodity trading. Our operating businesses include DevelopSure, CapitalSure and TradeSure, supported by Group functions providing common strategy, governance and specialist services.
We are seeking a commercially minded Group Marketing Manager to lead marketing across the Group, its operating businesses and individual development projects.
The opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role combining marketing strategy, brand management and practical delivery. You will translate business priorities into clear marketing plans, effective campaigns and consistent communications.
Our intended delivery model combines an in-house Group Marketing Manager and full-time designer with external specialists covering areas such as digital campaigns, content production, PR, media and events. You will manage this combined function, setting priorities, preparing briefs and holding delivery partners accountable for quality, budgets and deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Marketing strategy and planning: Develop coordinated Group, business and project marketing plans, working with company CEOs and commercial teams to agree priorities, audiences, budgets and delivery schedules.
- Brand ownership: Maintain consistent positioning, messaging and visual standards across websites, corporate profiles, presentations, proposals, campaigns and marketing collateral.
- Real estate and project marketing: Lead marketing for DevelopSure projects, including positioning, launch planning, broker communications, sales collateral and lead-generation campaigns. Work closely with the commercial team on market insights and customer requirements.
- Investment and corporate communications: Develop clear, credible materials for CapitalSure and the wider Group, ensuring business information and sensitive claims receive the required approvals before publication.
- Digital marketing and lead generation: Coordinate website content, social media, search, paid campaigns and email marketing. Work with sales and relationship teams on CRM integration, lead handover, attribution and feedback on lead quality.
- PR, media and events: Plan and coordinate media relations, corporate announcements, project launches, investor events, exhibitions and industry participation through appropriate specialist partners.
- Creative and agency management: Direct the in-house designer and external agencies through clear briefs, agreed scopes, realistic turnaround times and quality reviews. Prioritise day-to-day requests alongside larger campaigns.
- Budget and performance management: Monitor marketing expenditure, supplier delivery and campaign results. Provide concise reporting on progress, lead quality, effectiveness and recommended improvements.
- Marketing governance: Maintain approved assets, templates and publication records, working with Legal, Compliance and business owners to ensure communications are accurate and appropriately authorised.
Skills
- Demonstrable experience managing marketing across multiple brands, projects or business units.
- A strong background in real estate, property development, investment or financial-services marketing, with a sound understanding of the UAE market. Experience spanning both real estate and investment will be particularly valuable.
- Evidence of delivering integrated campaigns, brand development and commercially relevant marketing activity.
- Experience managing agencies, creative resources, budgets and competing stakeholder priorities.
- Strong written English, sound editorial judgement and the ability to turn complex business information into clear communications.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, website management, CRM-linked campaigns and performance reporting.
- Practical familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools, with appropriate attention to accuracy, confidentiality and brand standards.
- A structured, proactive approach and the confidence to challenge unclear briefs, unrealistic deadlines and activity that does not support business objectives.
