Group Product Analyst II

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work closely with the Business, Product and Technology teams to develop world class systems and processes.

• Leverage business context, data analytics including statistical modelling and data science skills to define the business problem to be solved, develop methodology and roadmap, and formulate solution approaches.

• Conduct deep dive analyses of business problems and formulate conclusions and recommendations to be presented to senior leadership.

• Simplify and automate reporting and other data-driven activities; build solutions to have maximum scale.

• Proactively identify improvement opportunities and understand how our users interact with our products through systematic and rigorous measurement and analysis.

• Develop a deep understanding of specific areas of the business and the key metrics to measure the performance of the product.

OTHER

• Participate and contribute to data discussions with the goal to enrich data and business understanding.

• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviors in harmony with DP World’s Founder’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute
• Having 7+ years hands-on experience with Product and Business analytics, preferably in logistics domain
• Strong business acumen
• Expert knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Good grasp of A/B testing, statistics, and application of data science algorithms.
• Experience with building dashboards in power BI/ Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity and high motivation to solve challenging problem
