• Drives adoption of agile practices and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
• Manages stakeholder relationships and negotiates priorities to maximize product value.
• Develops talent through coaching, succession planning, and career development.
• Prepares and manages budgets for assigned product areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
