Group Product Manager
About the Role
Accounting practices help keep hundreds of thousands of businesses across Australia and New Zealand running. MYOB's Practice portfolio sits at the centre of that work, powering everything from bank reconciliations, financial reporting and workpapers to tax, client management and the workflows that hold a firm together.
At the heart of it all is a critical responsibility: ensuring financial records are accurate, reconciled and trusted. Every report, lodgement, loan application and advisory conversation depends on that foundation. As AI reshapes the profession, we have an opportunity to redefine how firms manage this work and unlock new levels of efficiency, accuracy and insight.
As Group Product Manager, you'll lead the product and commercial strategy for this portfolio while driving two significant transformations. The first is reimagining the customer experience through AI-powered workflows that help practices maintain accurate, real-time financial records. The second is embedding AI into the way we build, enabling our teams to deliver better products, faster and more effectively.
This isn't about AI simply automating manual tasks. It's about creating intelligent systems that help practices stay continuously up to date and building an open platform where agents, not just people, can actively participate in getting work done.
Reporting to the Head of Product, Practice, you'll lead a team of Product Managers and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of one of MYOB's most strategic product portfolios.
