Group Production Engineer

• You will take over the management of manufacturing activities as part of product development projects.
• The functional management of a project team including assurance of time, cost and quality targets as well as adherence to rules and directives of the Vaillant Group is your task.
• You will be responsible for securing the Design-To-Manufacture approach for the introduction of new or changed products into production.
• Developing production concepts according to Vaillant strategy as well as definition, specification and implementation of appropriate production equipment following our standardization approach will be also in your scope.
• You will apply the Vaillant Product Creation Process and report to the Group Production Department of the Vaillant Headquarter.

What makes us successful together

• You have successfully completed your master’s degree in engineering, preferably with a major in mechanical, electrical or production engineering.
• As a production engineer, you have at least three years of vocational experience.
• You have know-how in project management as well as planning and validation of production processes.
• In your daily work you will use your fluent Slovakian and English skills as well as MS Project and MS Office confidently.
• Your commitment, strong communication skills, intercultural competencies, and willingness to travel characterize you.

What you can count on

• The gross monthly salary for this position ranges is from 2500 € based on a 40-hour workweek. The specific gross mothly salary depends on your job-related qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you will receive annual bonus equivalent to 2 months salaries based on individual target achievement.
