Are you a results-driven sales professional who loves building meaningful connections and crafting unforgettable group experiences? As our Group Sales Manager, you’ll drive group business and revenue growth for a vibrant year-round destination.

What You'll Do

You’ll own the group sales process from first call to final contract, working directly with clients, planners, and our internal teams to turn their vision into reality.

• Prospect daily for new group business, including corporate, tour and travel, association, SMERF, and social events.
• Build strong relationships with meeting planners, travel professionals, and corporate clients to secure bookings.
• Host site visits and welcome prospects who stop by, showcasing our lodging, attractions, and food & beverage.
• Sell resort sponsorships and hand off confirmed business to our events and operations teams.
• Represent Greek Peak at trade shows and networking events to promote our brand and close deals.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You’re a natural relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• You have hotel, resort, or venue sales experience (group, corporate, or travel preferred).
• You’re comfortable with CRM systems and love tracking progress toward your goals.
• You’re energized by a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with a dynamic team.
• Skiing or snowboarding experience is a plus.
