Lead the Sales Vision of a Premium Interiors & Home-Lifestyle Group
The Group is seeking an accomplished Group Sales Manager to lead sales performance across our complete portfolio of premium products, brands, and interior solutions.
This is a senior commercial and client-facing leadership role for a confident, polished, and charismatic sales professional who understands both the business of selling and the language of architects, interior designers, developers, and discerning clients.
You will lead and develop our sales designers, manage strategic and VVIP relationships, drive cross-selling across the Group, and represent the Group at the highest levels of the interiors, architecture, property, and home-living industries.
The successful candidate will combine strong sales leadership, design sensibility, commercial acumen, executive presence, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Commercial Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve Group-wide revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage Senior Sales Designers and Sales Designers across the Group.
- Establish sales targets, performance standards, account strategies, and business-development priorities.
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates, revenue performance, and team productivity.
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the Group's presence in premium residential and commercial markets.
Group Portfolio & Cross-Selling
- Champion the complete Group portfolio across products, brands, and interior solutions.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling across business units and product categories.
- Develop integrated solutions that enable clients to source multiple interior and home-living requirements from the Group.
- Collaborate with business-unit leaders to maximize revenue from key accounts and major projects.
VVIP, Architect & Strategic Account Management
- Personally cultivate relationships with VVIP clients, prominent architects, interior designers, developers, and strategic accounts.
- Lead high-level presentations, negotiations, project consultations, and client meetings.
- Position the Group as a credible and preferred partner within the architectural and design community.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and high-value projects.
Design & Technical Leadership
- Apply strong knowledge of design language, architectural concepts, materials, finishes, spatial planning, and interior solutions.
- Guide sales designers in translating client requirements into commercially viable solutions.
- Ensure sales presentations communicate both aesthetic value and technical credibility.
- Partner with technical and project teams to ensure sales commitments are realistic, achievable, and executable.
Team Leadership & Performance
- Build a high-performing, professional, and client-focused sales organization.
- Coach sales designers in client engagement, presentation, negotiation, design selling, and closing techniques.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, performance reviews, and sales strategy sessions.
- Identify capability gaps and implement effective coaching and development plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, confidence, and excellence.
PR, Networking & Brand Representation
- Serve as a key representative of the Group within the architectural, design, property, and premium home-living communities.
- Attend and lead client events, industry functions, networking activities, showroom events, and professional engagements.
- Build relationships with influential architects, designers, developers, and strategic business partners.
- Represent the Group with sophistication, confidence, credibility, and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in interiors, architecture, furniture, cabinetry, luxury home products, property, or related industries.
- 3+ years of sales leadership or people-management experience.
- Strong commercial and business-development track record.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value clients and strategic accounts.
- Strong understanding of design, architecture, materials, finishes, and interior solutions.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
