.### OverviewYou will join the Group Security Planning & Models Monitoring office, supporting the governance and monitoring activities of the Chief Security Officer Area. You will have the opportunity to gain an overview of the fields of Cybersecurity, Antifraud and Business Continuity Management, and Corporate and Physical Security. You will contribute to the coordination of cross-functional initiatives within the Area and activities supporting the Chief (e.g., business plan, indicator monitoring, event organization, and preparation of materials for activities with regulators/external bodies).### What your activities will be- Support for the coordination of cross-functional activities between the Area's departments- Support for monitoring project progress and data collection for KPIs- Contribution to the preparation of management reporting- Support for management committees and governance meetings (scheduling, material preparation, follow-up)- Support for coordination and active participation in all cyber, corporate, and physical security collaboration forums for the development of synergistic initiatives- Contribution to governance processes in compliance with guidelines and standards- Support in preparing materials for top management- Collaboration with internal stakeholders for operational alignment### Who we are looking forIf you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:- 1-3 years of experience in the role- Project Management skills, following planning and assigned activities- Basic knowledge of KPIs and performance monitoring tools- Ability to produce reports and presentations, with attention to clarity and structure- Basic knowledge of regulations, frameworks, and processes in the security field- Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word- Excellent knowledge of the English languageThe following skills are considered a plus:- Degree in economic or scientific disciplines- Multi-year experience in project management- Experience in the cybersecurity and/or physical security field### What we offer you- Gross annual salary starting from €35.650- The Group provides a variable component of remuneration as regulated by the Remuneration Policies available on the Group's website- Complementary elements regulated by the National Collective Labor Agreement for the Credit Sector and second-level company agreements- Professional development initiatives to support the growth of our people- Wide range of training offered through the Corporate Academy dedicated to the continuous development of professional, managerial, and cross-functional skills at all levels- Possibility to join flexible work arrangements and the 4x9 short week- Modern and integrated corporate welfare system ( link)- Health coverage and supplementary pension starting from the date of hiring- Advantages on the Group's banking products and services### Who we areWe are leaders in Italy and one of the main banking groups in Europe.
