About the Job
We need you to fill the role of a Group Swim Instructor. This is a Seasonal, Non-Exempt position. You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Preparing swim lesson plans to meet the goals of each swimmer.
- Communicating directly with swim lesson participants and their families.
- Adapting lessons to participant age, physical ability, and interests.
- Ensuring the safety of swim lesson participants.
- Teaching lessons with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism.
- Effectively communicating progress with participants following each lesson, or with parents regarding their child’s progress.
- Arriving to work on time, as scheduled.
