Group Tax Manager
NTG Nordic Transport Group Group Tax Manager
Ready to own Group Tax in a global business where growth, acquisitions, and international complexity are part of everyday life?
NTG - Nordic Transport Group is looking for an experienced and hands-on Group Tax Manager who understands how tax impacts an international, multi-entity business – from corporate income tax and transfer pricing to Pillar II, CbCR, and M&A.
What you’ll be stepping into
NTG is a global logistics company with activities in more than 26 countries, operating across road, air, and sea freight. Our everyday reality is fast-moving - and that’s exactly how we like it.
With more than 80 entities across the Group and a highly decentralised setup, tax is anything but straightforward. New regulations, transfer pricing requirements, acquisitions, and cross-border activities all add to a dynamic and evolving tax landscape.
As Group Tax Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day responsible and project lead for global and Danish tax matters, while supporting local entities on foreign tax matters when needed.
You’ll work independently with support from the Group Reporting & Controlling Director and Group CFO, while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organisation and with external tax advisors.
The role covers a broad range of tax topics, giving you the opportunity to work across both operational and strategic matters.
Your key responsibilities
What we’re looking for
You bring a relevant degree and at least seven years of experience, either from an international organisation, a tax advisory firm, or a law firm.
You have a broad understanding of tax, with solid knowledge of Danish corporate income tax, transfer pricing, indirect taxes including VAT, withholding taxes, and M&A tax. You understand how these areas connect and can translate technical tax matters into practical business decisions.
You don’t just maintain processes - you improve them. You’re curious, solution-oriented, and not afraid to challenge the way things are done. Whether it’s internal processes or senior stakeholders and external partners, you know how to push for better ways of working while building strong relationships.
You’ve worked in international, multi-entity setups where complexity is part of the job, and you thrive in a decentralised, fast-moving environment. Structure isn’t always given - but that doesn’t slow you down. You create clarity, take ownership, and ensure things move forward with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
You communicate clearly and can explain complex tax matters in a simple and understandable way. Fluency in English is required, while Danish is an advantage.
Ready to take ownership of Group Tax?
As NTG continues to grow, so does the complexity of its tax landscape. We’re looking for someone who is ready to take ownership, navigate complexity, and help ensure that tax is managed effectively across a global and decentralised organisation.
If you enjoy combining technical expertise with commercial thinking and want a role with real ownership, visibility, and impact across an international group – then this could be the right next step for you.
