Our client is recruiting an experienced Groups & Incentives Travel Specialist to join a leading luxury African travel company.
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented travel professional with strong group travel experience and a passion for delivering outstanding itineraries across Africa.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and create innovative leisure group and incentive travel itineraries.
Manage group reservations from initial enquiry and quotation through to final booking.
Understand client requirements and work within allocated budgets.
Coordinate with agents, guests, suppliers and internal teams.
Prepare quotations, invoices and travel documentation.
Proactively recommend and sell travel products and experiences.
Ensure exceptional service delivery throughout the booking process.

Requirements
At least 5 years' experience specialising in group travel (incentives experience is advantageous).
Strong knowledge of Tourplan or a similar booking system.
Excellent geographical and product knowledge of South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania and Kenya.
Experience with additional African destinations will be advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent negotiation, organisational and time-management skills.
Advanced computer literacy, particularly MS Word and Excel.
Ability to work under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
