You make sure that all event rooms are sold and that every event runs smoothly. **COME AS YOU ARE AND SHOW WHAT YOU CAN...** **... in a 4 day week.** Enjoy 3 days off every week and the opportunity to make your free time more flexible. #### Job Description **How does your working day looks like ...** - You take care of our event guests – hand in hand with your team, from morning until night - You coordinate events with all internal departments and make sure everyone has the information they need - You are responsible for all group requests starting from 8 rooms - You prepare offers, contracts, and invoices - You enter bookings into the system, create rooming lists, and make all arrangements for the perfect check-in and stay - You meet with customers on site and complement this with telephone communication - You put forward proposals in the company’s best interests in order to achieve optimal capacity utilisation - You keep a cool head – even when every room in the house is sold and the phones are ringing off the hook #### Qualifications **Your personality counts more than your CV...** - You have professional experience in a similar role and a passion for hospitality - You are an open and communicative person who isn’t afraid to assert yourself when needed - You enjoy working with people and inspiring them - You are enthusiastic about great food and drinks and love discovering new concepts - You bring not only your skills but also your personality to the table - You speak German and English fluently #### Additional Information **What`s in it for you...** - Only work 4 days the week as a full-time team member - Get to know all the other 25hours Hotels and stay for free for a maximum of 10 nights per year as a employee - Get an extra allowance for travelling by public transport and take advantage of fantastic offers from our cooperative partners! - Take advantage of being a part of Ennismore and get generous discounts when visiting our bars and restaurants as well as booking hotel rooms all over the world - Benefits from great offers from our numeros cooperations partners - Reconcile your personal situation with work - we are open to parttime employments and other adjustments - Be part of our hilarous staff parties and much more... 1.
