Six meeting rooms, two restaurants, one bar – versatile opportunities to host parties and events in-house. Our atmosphere is multicultural, our philosophy unconventional. We are a young team and love our informal culture mixed with good manners. **COME AS YOU ARE AND SHOW WHAT YOU CAN...** **... in a 4-day week.** Enjoy 3 days off every week and the opportunity to organize your free time more flexibly. #### Job Description **What your workday looks like …** - You take care of our event guests - hand in hand with your team and from early until late - You coordinate events with all internal departments and ensure that everyone has all the information - You are responsible for all group inquiries from 8 rooms upwards - You take care of creating quotes, contracts, and invoices. - You enter bookings into the system, create rooming lists, and prepare everything for the perfect check-in and stay - You conduct customer meetings directly on-site and supplement this with telephone coordination. - You offer proposals in the interest of the company to achieve optimal occupancy - You keep an overview, even when every room in the house is sold out at the same time and all lines are buzzing #### Qualifications **Your personality counts more than your resume …** - You have professional experience in a similar role and are a passionate host - You are an open and communicative person who is not afraid to assert yourself - You enjoy working with people and inspiring them - You are enthusiastic about good food and drinks and enjoy discovering new concepts - You bring not only your skills but also your character - You speak fluent German and English #### Additional Information **What's in it for you...** - Work as a full-time team member only 4 days per week with full salary compensation and the same vacation entitlement - Get to know our 25hours Hotels and stay up to 10 nights a year for free as an employee - As part of Ennismore, enjoy generous discounts when visiting our bars and restaurants as well as when booking hotel rooms around the world - Benefit from great offers from our numerous cooperation partners - Reconcile your personal situation with work – we are open to part-time employment and other adjustments - Be part of our colorful staff parties and much more ... 1.
