Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to work on monitoring and optimizing the key credit recovery indicators for the Limpa Nome product, with a focus on boosting revenue from the customers within the tribe to which they will be assigned.

This position will play a strategic role, being responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting decision-making with internal stakeholders and external partners.

In this position, the seniority level is strongly associated with behavioral competencies, such as autonomy, strategic vision, influence, and the ability to articulate with different audiences. The professional will also act as a reference for mid-level analysts, supporting the prioritization and direction of analyses.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze performance indicators related to credit recovery;
• Identify opportunities to leverage revenue through analysis and experimentation;
• Support the definition of data-driven growth strategies;
• Work closely with internal areas and partners, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement of results;
• Guide and support mid-level analysts in executing analyses and building insights.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis;
• Experience with tools such as Databricks (SparkSQL) and Power BI;
• Communication and interpersonal skills to deal with different stakeholders;
• Ability to structure problems and propose data-based solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in credit recovery;
• Experience in financial or related areas;
• Previous experience in growth, performance, or digital product contexts.
