About the Role
As Growth and Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the health, growth and compliance of mid-tier Marketplace sellers. You will blend seller coaching and lifecycle management with day-to-day compliance monitoring and reporting to ensure sellers are both performing and operating to Kohl’s standards.
What You’ll Do
Own the day-to-day health, growth and compliance of mid-tier marketplace sellers
Manage the seller lifecycle from day one through ongoing optimization
Monitor early performance indicators and provide tactical Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), conversion and operational recommendations to ensure sellers progress from activation to optimization
Manage a large portfolio of growth tier accounts, conduct regular business reviews, identify high-potential sellers for tier one escalation and serve as the primary operational point of contact for seller questions
Maintain operational integrity by monitoring daily seller metrics including fulfillment speed, cancellations, customer ratings and defect rates
Issue standardized compliance notifications and tracking remediation timelines and ensure vendor communication logs are accurate and up to date
Conduct routine quality checks on seller listings and fulfillment data, documenting and escalating recurring issues to support quality improvement initiatives
Generate and distribute recurring sales and performance reports and tracks seller progression and compliance status
Deliver regular category insights and competitive gap analysis, partnering with recruitment teams to address assortment gaps and strengthen Marketplace coverage

What Skills You Have
Required
1+ years of experience with digital, supply chain or Marketplace businesses
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience in third-party omnichannel fulfillment
