About the Role

Princeps Credit Systems Limited is seeking a Growth and Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and product adoption through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Manage and optimise the customer journey and marketing funnel.
• Plan and evaluate marketing campaigns and growth experiments across multiple channels.
• Analyse customer behaviour and growth metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to improve product adoption and customer experience.
• Identify growth opportunities across customer segments, channels, partnerships, and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6 years’ relevant experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or customer acquisition, preferably in fintech or financial services.
• Strong analytical, campaign management, and customer engagement skills.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable growth outcomes.
• Knowledge of business development, digital growth, data analysis, customer retention, customer journey optimisation, product development, and product marketing.
