Growth and Social Media Manager

You will develop and implement social media strategies to grow an engaged audience of DeFi enthusiasts and traders. You will manage social media accounts, improve engagement, analyze performance, create content ideas, monitor competitors and industry trends, support community growth, and identify potential ambassadors, partners, and influencers.

Requirements

• Active social media user, especially on Telegram, Twitter, and Reddit
• Experience in content management, growth marketing, and social media management
• Familiarity with the DeFi landscape and crypto technical concepts
• Strong English writing, editing, and communication skills
• Self-motivated approach
• Comfort working with remote teams
