We are looking for a Growth associate to build Rishihood's credibility through real relationships, getting our founder on the right podcasts, bringing respected educators to campus, and showing up authentically in the online conversations our students and parents are already having.

What will you do

• Source and book founder/leadership appearances on external podcasts
  

• Plan and coordinate on-campus activations with educators and known experts
  

• Build authentic, ongoing presence on Quora and Reddit, answering real questions, never posting promotions
  

• Document and share stories of student founders already doing notable work on campus
  

• Keep every relationship and booking moving on a visible timeline
  

Requirements

• Proven ability to reach out cold and get a yes from a podcast host or an educator
  

• Genuine, existing comfort on Reddit or Quora, someone who already participates there, not someone learning the culture from scratch
  

• Good judgment on what makes a story worth telling
  

• Organised enough to run multiple relationships/bookings at once without dropping threads
  

• Comfortable being measured on output, bookings made, seedlings done, stories surfaced
