Growth Data Analyst
You will own the data layer for marketing, acquisition, and retention work. You will write and optimize SQL queries, monitor and validate core funnel metrics, and build and maintain Hex dashboards. You will add components to React-based dashboards, create reporting tools for Affiliate and Premier workflows, and use Python to clean, transform, and analyze data. You will turn findings into clear recommendations that support faster marketing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Write SQL queries to pull, monitor, and validate core growth and acquisition metrics across the marketing funnel
- Build and maintain Hex dashboards that provide current performance views
- Add data components to React-based dashboards
- Design and ship reporting tools and data views for Affiliate and Premier workflows
- Use Python to clean, transform, and analyze datasets for growth strategy and channel performance
- Translate data findings into clear takeaways for marketing decisions
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, optimization, and debugging
- Hands-on Python experience for data cleaning, transformation, or analysis
- Experience building dashboards or reporting tools used by others
- Ability to independently define and deliver ambiguous requests
- Comfort working in or around a codebase and adding components to a React application
