• Lead cross-functional delivery from insight and planning to launch and optimisation, on time and within scope.
• Use funnel and session analytics, A/B testing, customer feedback and UX audits to drive continuous improvement.
• Optimise digital commerce products across web, mobile apps, APIs and composable capabilities.
• Turn performance insight into monthly business plans, recommendations and investment cases for sustainable growth.
• Partner with Retail and CRC to connect digital and physical touchpoints for a consistent customer experience.
• Benchmark competitors and D2C leaders to shape best-in-class digital experiences.
• Coach the team, set clear goals and foster a collaborative, ambitious and inclusive culture.

Your ingredients for success

• Experience using Jira for ticket management with the development team
• Proven delivery of digital roadmaps, complex cross-functional projects and multiple workstreams.
• Commercial acumen and confidence developing business plans and investment cases.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing effective teams.

Desirable experience:
