Growth Engineer, Client Success & Operations

Niuro is an agentic hiring platform that connects US companies with top engineering talent in Latin America. We are hiring a Growth Engineer to own client accounts from the first requirement through successful placement and account growth.

This is a commercial and operations role with direct responsibility for client results, service levels and delivery speed. Most clients are in the United States, so strong English is essential.

What you will do:
- Own client requirements from intake to placement, within agreed service levels.
- Be the primary daily contact for clients: manage expectations, negotiate and handle difficult feedback or shifting priorities.
- Present and defend candidate recommendations, explaining the rationale behind each match.
- Track closures, time to fill, SLA compliance and account growth, and act to improve them.
- Spot upselling opportunities and new hiring needs within your accounts.
- Apply judgment and quality control to AI-supported workflows, and work with the tech team on process improvements and automation.

What you bring:
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, B2B sales, consulting, business operations or a similar client-facing role.
- Direct experience managing external clients and owning measurable outcomes.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion and objection handling.
- Comfort with KPIs and service-level expectations.
- Ability to diagnose recurring problems and design process improvements.
- Advanced English (C1).
