Growth Engineer at BairesDev
In this role, you'll experiment, build, and iterate on the systems that drive growth, treating the marketing engine as a set of loops to test, optimize, and scale, from lead delivery today to AI-driven personalization tomorrow. Embedded within the marketing team, you'll bring a builder's mentality to growth, rapidly prototyping and shipping solutions rather than waiting for fully-scoped requirements. This is your opportunity to run fast, data-informed experiments across inbound, de-anonymization, and personalized outbound, finding what works to reach a hard-to-reach SMB market and doubling down on it.
What You'll Do:
- Experiment with and iterate on growth systems, moving quickly from idea to shipped solution across the marketing engine.
- Test and optimize inbound growth loops to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Prototype and scale website de-anonymization approaches to convert anonymous traffic into pipeline.
- Run and refine personalized outbound experiments enriched specifically for a hard-to-reach SMB market.
- Collaborate as an embedded member of the marketing team, working closely with growth, marketing ops, and engineering resources.
What we are looking for:
- Background combining coding skills with business and marketing fundamentals, similar to an industrial engineer with marketing training who enjoys building and testing.
- Experience or strong interest in using GenAI to run and scale growth experiments.
- Bias toward rapid prototyping and iteration over long planning cycles.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
