Growth Lead AI Consulting Background
You will own growth strategy and run multi-channel experiments across SEO, community, content, partnerships, and paid acquisition. You will develop positioning and thought leadership, build self-serve onboarding funnels with DevRel and Sales, and improve conversion from free users to Pro. You will run competitive intelligence cycles, operate the #BuildItNow community flywheel, activate strategic distribution partnerships, and maintain dashboards for activation, MQL-to-SQL, CAC, and LTV. You will also use AI agents to scale content production, SEO automation, and outreach.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel growth experiments targeting AI-native developers and technical founders
- Build the GTM narrative for agentic deployment infrastructure
- Develop content and thought leadership, including comparison guides, deployment benchmarks, and AI infrastructure explainers
- Partner with DevRel and Sales to build self-serve onboarding funnels
- Run competitive intelligence cycles and refine positioning
- Design and run the #BuildItNow community flywheel
- Identify and activate strategic distribution partnerships
- Build growth dashboards and own activation rate, MQL-to-SQL, CAC, and LTV metrics
- Leverage AI agents for content production, SEO automation, and outreach
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years in a growth, marketing, or strategy role
- At least 2 years in AI consulting, AI product, or enterprise AI adoption
- Deep understanding of how technical teams evaluate and purchase AI tools
- Experience building PLG funnels for developer-focused companies
- Data-driven experimentation and measurement experience
- Exceptional written communication for developer and C-suite audiences
- Consulting background is a strong plus
- Experience activating global developer communities is a strong plus
- Familiarity with MCP, LLM deployment patterns, or AI-native application architecture is a strong plus
- Prior experience at a Series A to C devtools or infrastructure startup is a strong plus
