Growth Lead / Chief Growth Officer
You will build and scale an AI-powered marketing, creative, and advertising platform from early traction into a growth engine. You will drive paid and organic growth, apply AI-era tactics such as agents, automation, and organic UGC, and work hands-on to launch and test new growth plays.

- Scale B2C and B2SMB products through paid and organic channels

Requirements
- Experience scaling B2C and B2SMB products through paid and organic channels
- Experience taking an app or product from zero to one in a hands-on capacity
- Knowledge of AI-era growth, including agents, automation, organic UGC, and growth tactics
