Summary
Drive growth for a crypto protocol by onboarding trading firms and market makers, building DeFi partnerships, and increasing TVL and platform adoption.
You will source and onboard trading firms, market makers and institutional users. You will build strategic partnerships across DeFi and trading infrastructure. You will drive TVL growth and platform adoption. You will work with engineering and product to align growth efforts with the roadmap. You will represent HyperLink externally at events and in key channels.

Requirements
- Experience in BD or growth at a crypto protocol, exchange or prime broker
- Strong network across trading and DeFi
- Understanding of institutional trading and on-chain infrastructure
- Comfortable engaging highly technical counterparts
- Bias toward action and measurable results
