Growth Lead Korea and APAC

You will own growth across APAC, with Korea as your primary market. You will create and publish Korean-language content, build direct relationships with creators and communities, manage partnerships and PR, organize regional events, track performance, and provide local market intelligence to Product and global marketing.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish original Korean-language content across X, Telegram, and relevant regional platforms.
• Adapt global campaigns for local Korean audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with Korean crypto creators, YouTubers, Telegram group administrators, and community leaders.
• Manage creator and media partnerships, including sourcing, briefing, creative review, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate PR placements across crypto, technology, and finance media.
• Attend events and organize market-specific in-person activations.
• Track return on investment and report performance and recommendations.
• Expand growth efforts into Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Japan.
• Identify channels, creators, and communities for priority APAC markets.
• Activate joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners.
• Own the regional events calendar and on-site activations.
• Provide local trader, competitor, and product-adoption intelligence to Product and global marketing.

Requirements

• Be based in South Korea.
• Be a native Korean speaker with professional English proficiency.
• Have an existing network across Korean crypto creators, communities, media, and partners.
• Understand the Korean retail crypto audience, including Upbit traders, Telegram communities, and YouTube channels.
• Have a track record of creating content directly.
• Have experience running creator and media partnership programs.
• Operate autonomously across a large time-zone gap.
