Growth Manager
Posted
BrandCrest Holdings is a diversified business group committed to building agile, high-impact brands across India’s evolving business landscape. We operate through three key verticals:
- AdCrest – Our ATL-led integrated marketing agency, planning and owning large-scale outdoor, transit, cinema, radio, and digital OOH campaigns, integrating BajuGali for BTL execution and TrendLabs for digital marketing.
- FinCrest – Our niche CFO services firm for startups and SMEs, offering virtual CFO leadership, financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and business process automation.
- DigitalSME – Our AI-powered SaaS suite, building business automation and workflow software, including invoicing and payroll/HR tools, with more products on the way.
About the Role:
We're hiring a Growth Manager to own and scale user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth across DigitalSME's product portfolio. DigitalSME is BrandCrest's newest vertical, currently commercializing its invoicing and payroll/HR software, so this is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who has done this before in an early-stage B2B SaaS environment — someone who can build a growth engine from the ground up, not just run campaigns inside an existing one. You will report directly to the founding team.
You'll work closely with the founding team, product, and sales to turn DigitalSME's product suite into a predictable pipeline of qualified SME/professional-services customers, across both live products and upcoming launches. In the first few months, the priority is building repeatable acquisition and activation for the live products, before scaling across the full portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the growth strategy and roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion for DigitalSME's SaaS products.
- Build and manage multi-channel demand generation — SEO, paid (search/social), content, email/lifecycle, partnerships, and outbound — with a clear eye on CAC and payback period.
- Define and instrument the growth funnel (awareness → demo → trial/signup → activation → paid → expansion), and own the metrics that matter: MQL/SQL conversion, CAC, LTV, activation rate, churn.
- Run structured, high-velocity experimentation (A/B tests, landing pages, messaging, pricing/packaging) to find and scale what works.
- Partner with Product to improve onboarding and activation flows, using product-led growth tactics where relevant.
- Work with Sales to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and tighten the marketing-to-sales loop.
- Build positioning and messaging for DigitalSME's live product lines (Invoice, Payroll & HR), tailored to their specific buyer personas, and extend this to new lines (Advertising ERP, CA/Accounting ERP, Fraud Detection) as they launch.
- Set up and own growth reporting/dashboards; report results and learnings to leadership regularly.
- Manage growth budget and any external agencies/freelancers/tools.
Requirements
Specification:
- 2–3 years in a growth, performance marketing, or demand generation role, with a significant portion spent at a B2B SaaS company (early-to-growth stage strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of owning a growth funnel end-to-end and moving core metrics — CAC, activation, conversion, retention — with numbers to show for it.
- Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle/email marketing, and marketing/growth analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot/Zoho, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Meta/Google Ads).
- Comfortable with both strategy and execution — you're equally happy building a quarterly growth plan and personally shipping a landing page or campaign.
- Data-driven and experiment-led: you form hypotheses, test fast, and kill what doesn't work.
- Understanding of SME and professional-services buyer behavior is a strong plus (agencies, accounting firms, consultancies).
- Excellent written communication — you'll be shaping positioning and messaging directly.
- Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, limited resources, and building processes rather than inheriting them.
Qualification:
- Experience growing a product from early stage to a defined GTM motion.
- Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) models alongside sales-assisted motions.
- Familiarity with vertical SaaS or workflow/operations software for SMEs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
