🚀 Growth Manager | Go-To-Market & Logistics Strategy
At Cabify Logistics, we are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking, an obsession with data, and execution capability to lead growth and business expansion initiatives.
This position will be key to defining, executing, and optimizing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, identifying new growth opportunities, developing launch and scaling plans, and ensuring our initiatives generate real impact on customers, operations, and business results.
What will you do?
🎯 Design and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new products, services, customer segments, and markets.
📊 Analyze commercial and operational performance to identify opportunities for growth, penetration, and expansion.
📈 Build business models, market analyses, projections, and business cases that support strategic decision-making.
🚀 Lead cross-functional initiatives alongside Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to accelerate growth.
🔍 Deeply understand customer behavior, competition, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
⚙️ Define success metrics, monitor results, and generate data-driven recommendations.
💡 Design experiments, pilots, and proofs of concept to validate growth hypotheses before scaling.

✅ Experience developing or executing Go-To-Market strategies.

✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools will be a plus.
✅ Experience in technology, logistics, marketplaces, mobility, e-commerce, or high-growth startups is highly valued.
