A seed-stage legal-tech startup in San Francisco combines on-demand lawyers with smart software, so founders stay legally sound from their first day all the way to going public. Growth is fast, revenue is already well into seven figures, and most qualified demos turn into customers. What's missing is a brand. You'll own it: voice, content, channels and the one number that matters, qualified demos booked.

What you'll own

• The brand, its tone and its creative look, using the founders' own accounts and networks
• Content and social across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Hacker News and launch channels
• Creative growth plays: events, gifting, local campaigns, referrals, SEO and AEO
• Your own CRM and conversion tracking, with AI and automation to do more on your own
• Growing qualified demos from around 20 a month to 50+

Must-haves

• B2B growth marketing, ideally selling to startups (B2C-only or enterprise-only won't fit)
• You've run brand, content and demand generation single-handedly, with no team or existing playbook to lean on
• Roughly 3–5 years of experience, and you've done this exact job before
• Able to work from the San Francisco office on most weekdays, 9-9-5

Bonus points

• First marketing hire at a seed or Series A startup selling finance, HR, legal or compliance tools
• A visible presence of your own on LinkedIn or X
• Results tied to pipeline (demos or signups), not vanity metrics

Good to know

• Full-time, hybrid in San Francisco with most days on-site, 9-9-5
• This is a hands-on role; you won't be managing a team yet
• Sponsorship is limited (US citizens, green card holders, H-1B, O-1, TN); please share your exact status
• Process: founder call → take-home (a short 60–90 day plan plus past work, pitched in about 15 minutes) → on-site → offer
