Growth Marketer
You will scale the product's marketing by building and managing engaged communities, growing social channels, and running growth experiments. You will organise AMAs and webinars, work with external thought leaders, translate product features into accessible content, track campaign performance, and use data to optimise acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage active communities across Discord Telegram Twitter and Reddit
- Organise and execute AMAs webinars and other engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with DeFi and Cosmos thought leaders to expand reach
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Translate product features into user friendly content with the product team
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and make data driven recommendations
- Create content and campaigns to capture and retain DeFi audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
- Experience in marketing preferably in DeFi blockchain or cryptocurrency sectors
- Clear copywriting skills
- Strong task management and communication skills
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about DeFi
- Bonus knowledge of Proof-of-Stake especially liquid staking
- Bonus strong understanding of the Cosmos ecosystem
