Growth Marketer
You will develop and execute a growth strategy that drives awareness, educates users, optimizes the funnel, and generates long-term traction with protocol users. You will identify growth opportunities, execute campaigns across social media, content, public relations, paid advertising, and guerrilla marketing, engage with the community, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate across functions to optimize growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth strategy that drives awareness and protocol adoption
- Identify growth opportunities and key market segments for the Silent Protocol
- Execute growth strategies across social media, content, public relations, paid advertising, and guerrilla marketing
- Engage proactively with the community and align community growth with protocol use cases and the future DAO
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize the funnel and analyze campaign performance
- Collaborate with other areas of Silent Research Labs to optimize growth
Requirements
- Track record of creating and executing successful growth campaigns across a range of channels
- Experience with social media, content, and public relations strategies
- Passion for web3 and crypto or willingness to develop expertise in the space
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Deep understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of finance
