About Relaxinsoles

Relaxinsoles is on a mission to add an extra spark of joy and hope to people's life through innovative foot care products and build the world’s #1 wellness experience brand. From orthopedic insoles and compression socks to recovery massagers and our famous Massage Experience service, we serve customers across Trinidad through e-commerce, direct sales, and corporate wellness programs.

We are a fast-growing, systems-focused company. We value ownership, initiative, and results — and we're building a team of people who think like operators, not just employees.

Helping you become the best version of yourself while building something world-class together — that's not just a phrase here. It's built into how we operate.

The Opportunity
Over the past year, we've built the operational infrastructure to support a significantly larger business. The next chapter is growing revenue into that foundation. This role exists to lead that effort.

The Growth Marketing & Creative Specialist is not a content creator role. It is a revenue role. You will be responsible for protecting and expanding our existing digital revenue engine while simultaneously building the new channels, systems, and assets that will drive tomorrow's growth.

Success in this role is not measured by the volume of content produced. It is measured by the growth of profitable, predictable, owner-independent revenue.

With plans for regional and international expansion, the Growth Marketing & Creative Specialist will not only have the opportunity to make a real contribution to a scaling company, but to have their ideas come to life and leave a meaningful impact on the company's growth — and on the lives we intend to impact around the world.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities
60% — Protect Today's Revenue Engine

Your primary mission is to keep our digital acquisition channels running at peak performance — consistently supplied with fresh, high-performing creative that prevents fatigue and maintains results.

Develop monthly content strategies aligned with business priorities and promotional calendars

Lead creative ideation — hooks, messaging, concepts, and angles that improve ad performance

Edit and produce high-performing advertising creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok

Create multiple creative variations to support continuous A/B testing

Repurpose the existing content library into fresh ad variations, organic posts, and campaign assets

Capture opportunistic in-house content — authentic behind-the-scenes moments, team interactions, and day-to-day brand footage that drives organic engagement

Be comfortable on camera — in-house organic content featuring real people and real moments is a deliberate part of our brand strategy, and you should be comfortable being a part of it

Brief and direct the external shoot agency for primary campaign content (approximately bi-monthly shoots)

Repurpose agency shoot footage and in-house content into platform-specific posts for page growth and engagement

Direct and delegate publishing to the Customer Service Representative — plan and brief what goes out

Create and manage the content calendar and ensure campaigns launch on schedule

Review ad performance weekly and identify winning creatives, patterns, and opportunities

Maintain an organised creative asset library

40% — Build Tomorrow's Revenue Engines

The second part of your role is building marketing assets and systems that continue generating revenue long after the initial work is completed. This time is protected — it is not to be absorbed by day-to-day creative production. Examples include:

Build and scale TikTok as a converting revenue channel

Develop customer retention campaigns to increase repeat purchases and lifetime value

Build email and SMS marketing systems and automation flows

Create referral, ambassador, and loyalty programmes

Launch and test SEO strategy and improve website conversion rates

Research and test new customer acquisition channels beyond Meta

Own one major quarterly growth initiative from concept to measurable outcome

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Strong video editing skills (Capcut or equivalent software) — fast-paced, captioned, short-form optimised

Proven experience creating paid social advertising creatives for Meta platforms

Practical understanding of what performs on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Strong copywriting ability — especially hooks and short-form ad scripts

Graphic design fundamentals (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent)

Excellent organisation and self-management — you don't wait to be reminded

Analytical mindset — comfortable reading performance data and making data-informed decisions

Clear, proactive communication — you share ideas openly, flag blockers early, and articulate your reasoning

Comfortable on camera — willing to appear in organic brand content and help capture authentic in-house moments when needed

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Meta ad analytics — able to read and interpret performance data (ROAS, CPA, CTR, frequency) even if you haven't run campaigns yourself

Proven TikTok content track record (organic reach, video performance)

Experience coordinating content shoots or directing on-camera talent

Email marketing or CRM experience

Basic website/CRO knowledge

Experience in e-commerce, DTC, or a fast-growing business

Working Essentials
  • A personal working laptop capable of running video editing and design software (required — a company device is not currently provided)
  • You will be given access to the company's shared hard drive for all project assets and creative files
  • All cloud storage and collaboration runs through Zoho — you'll have access to Zoho WorkDrive, and other relevant Zoho apps for managing and storing work

Benefits

Who Thrives Here
This role is not for someone looking for a fully structured, clearly defined position where the brief is always written before you start. We are a growing company, and this role carries real ownership over a real revenue function.

You will thrive in this role if you:

Have a builder's mindset — you get energy from creating things that didn't exist before

Are comfortable with ambiguity and lean into it rather than wait for perfect clarity

Treat expanding responsibility as opportunity, not scope creep

Communicate clearly and proactively — you don't go quiet when stuck; you surface problems and bring ideas

Are in this for the long run — you want to grow with a company, not use it as a stepping stone

Ask "How can marketing grow this business?" not "What content should I make today?"

Are comfortable being visible — happy to appear on camera when it serves the brand, without making it a bigger deal than it is

This is not the right fit if you need heavy daily direction, prefer to wait for a detailed brief before acting, or are in a life stage where maximum stability and rigid structure are your primary need.

You will fit our culture if you are:

Self-driven and proactive — you see opportunities, take initiative, and get things done without constant oversight

Growth-oriented — you're always levelling up, whether through feedback, reading, or experience

Resourceful and adaptable — you know how to figure things out and are comfortable wearing multiple hats

Open-minded and collaborative — you contribute ideas, receive feedback well, and enjoy seeing your input shape company direction

Mission-aligned — you want to play a meaningful role in building something market-defining, not just hold a job

Fun, humble, and respectful — you take the work seriously, but not yourself

You'll struggle here if you:

Need constant supervision, motivation, or micromanagement

Have trouble implementing feedback quickly and consistently

Expect highly structured corporate systems and slow, predictable routines

Rely heavily on external motivation to stay productive

Are uncomfortable in fast-changing, high-autonomy environments

Long-Term Vision
As Relaxinsoles grows, this role is expected to evolve from creative execution into a core contributor to the company's growth strategy — shaping how we acquire customers, launch products, improve customer lifetime value, and build scalable marketing systems.

The long-term objective is to transform marketing from a collection of campaigns into a portfolio of compounding revenue assets that make the business more profitable, more scalable, and less dependent on any single person.
