Description

The Growth Marketing Executive, SME supports the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to attract, engage and retain customers across our SME brands (Shawbrook, ThinCats, JBR and Playter). Customers reach us both directly and through brokers, dealers and other intermediaries. The role uses data to understand how these audiences find, engage with and continue to work with us, so we can reach them with the right message, through the right channel and at the right time to drive stronger commercial outcomes.

The role focuses on CRM and customer engagement, planning, delivering and measuring communications and journeys. It also supports broader performance marketing activity, including search, paid media and website optimisation. You’ll work closely with Channel Marketing Managers and colleagues across PR, Content, Social, Origination, Product, Data, Technology and Compliance. It would suit someone early in their career who is keen to build their skills, take on increasing responsibility and support other propositions across the Group over time. It is a hands on, data-led role.

  • We would also welcome candidates with broader experience in performance or digital marketing.
  • Experience in B2B, financial services, banking, fintech or another regulated sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets; familiarity with web analytics and reporting tools is also helpful.
