Growth Marketing Lead: Data-Driven Pipeline Builder

Neutreeno is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to own metrics, build the pipeline, and connect marketing to measurable business outcomes. You will establish measurement infrastructure, content engines, and initial paid campaigns within a hybrid Cambridge office setup.

In this role you will ship first, define processes, and partner with leadership to translate Neutreeno's science into commercial language for buyers, while coordinating with a BDR team to fuel qualified pipeline.
