Growth Marketing Lead

Compensation: €24k – €48k • No equity

We are looking an ambitious and talented Growth Marketing Lead to accelerate further the growth of the +5 million individual and business client base worldwide.

Role Description You'll own marketing end-to-end - from building partnerships to activating our existing community to crafting lead magnets that bring new users into our product. There's no team beneath you yet, but there will be. For now, you're a builder and executor, not a manager.

What You'll Own

• Experimentation - running structured tests across channels, measuring what works, doubling down or killing fast
• Partnerships & collaborations - identifying and closing co-marketing deals with adjacent communities (coaching, HR, wellness, leadership development)
• Top-of-funnel growth - expanding our reach through social media and PR
• Email marketing - building engagement and nurture campaigns to a large existing user base that's currently underleveraged
• Marketing funnel optimization - owning the journey from visitor to signed-up user, including landing pages, CTAs, lead magnets and conversion flows that drive top-of-funnel sign-ups for both B2C and B2B audiences

You're a Great Fit If You

• Have done this before at an early-stage startup
• Are equally comfortable writing an email campaign, pitching a partnership, and analyzing funnel data
• Think in systems and compounding loops, not one-off campaigns
• Have experience in PLG or SaaS - HR tech / wellness experience is a bonus
• Are a strong communicator and natural storyteller
• Take ownership seriously and don't wait to be told what to do
