Growth Marketing Lead
You will drive asset-adoption growth across partners, chains, and regions. You will develop and execute joint campaigns, assess performance using onchain and campaign data, improve partner visibility, and identify new partnership and market-entry opportunities. You will coordinate with product, legal, operations, and design to deliver compliant, on-brand, technically supported campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Oversee asset-adoption growth across new partners, chains, and regions
- Design and execute joint user-acquisition and retention campaigns
- Own campaign strategy, creative direction, and post-campaign analysis
- Evaluate partner performance using onchain and campaign data
- Improve visibility across partner platforms through placements, creative assets, and copy
- Monitor RWA and DeFi trends for partnership, market-entry, and storytelling opportunities
- Coordinate with product, legal, operations, and design to support compliant campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in growth and marketing within crypto, fintech, or DeFi
- Client-facing communication skills
- Understanding of onchain data, KPIs, and performance analytics
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations, including Reg S boundaries, geo-fencing, and partner eligibility
- Project management ability across multiple cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, tokenized assets, or RWA products
