About the company

Our client is a technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead user growth for a new consumer app ahead of its launch, covering the journey from first awareness through sign-up, activation and long-term retention. The role centers on creator-driven and organic social channels, close work with several internal teams, and steady analysis of how users move through the funnel.

What you'll do

- Take ownership of the end-to-end growth lifecycle for a new consumer app and answer for the metrics tied to it.

- Drive organic reach through short-form video and user-created content across the major social networks.

- Recruit, brief and scale a network of creators and influencers who attract engaged users instead of passive reach.

- Collaborate with product, partnerships, social and design colleagues to shape messaging and monitor growth indicators.

- Create onboarding journeys, email sequences and in-app messaging that lift activation and keep users coming back.

- Plan and run launch campaigns and creator tests, including collaborations and results-based agreements, and measure outcomes after release.

- Study funnel behavior, campaign results and the competitive landscape to spot drop-off points and openings, then convert findings into a growth plan.

- A record of converting social activity into active, retained users rather than follower counts.

- Comfort in a lean startup, creatively stretching a small budget.

- Able to work from the New York office, on-site or hybrid.

- Experience at a consumer fintech product.

- Ability to produce your own content and be comfortable on camera.
