Growth Marketing Manager
You will own and optimize global paid media programs across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta. You will analyze campaign, funnel, and conversion data, run acquisition campaigns and conversion experiments, present findings to senior stakeholders, and collaborate with product, creative, engineering, and web development partners. You will also manage and coach a direct report.
Responsibilities
- Manage Noom’s Google Ads program and strategic advertising partnership.
- Oversee Microsoft Advertising programs and align them with paid media strategy.
- Lead international paid social campaigns across Meta.
- Manage, coach, and develop a direct report.
- Analyze campaign, funnel, and conversion data to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Growth Product, Creative, Engineering, and Web Development teams to execute campaigns and conversion experiments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
- Ideally 1–2 years of people-management or leadership experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing high-spend direct-response campaigns.
- Experience running paid social programs across international markets.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Looker, Excel, or similar data visualization tools.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience partnering with product, creative, and technical teams.
- Background in direct-response-focused environments.
