Growth Marketing Manager, SEO & AEO
Description
The fashion industry is responsible for 5–10% of global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. As pressure for climate action grows, more companies are turning to carbon management tools. But most platforms are generic, lacking the depth needed for driving real change in fashion.
Carbonfact is the Environmental Intelligence Platform built specifically for the textile and fashion industry. We turn messy, real-world business data into environmental intelligence — enabling any fashion company to measure, model, reduce and report on its impact with confidence.
We’ve raised $17M from top-tier investors including Alven, Headline, and Y Combinator, and we’re already trusted by leading brands like Carhartt, GANNI, On, Marc O’Polo, Burton, Armedangels, Jack Wolfskin, and many more.
What we are looking for
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager, SEO & AEO to make Carbonfact visible to every sustainability leader in fashion.
You’ll also help build something brand new: Carbonfact for Suppliers, a marketplace where factories and material suppliers share verified environmental data with the brands they work with. It’s early and growing fast, and you’ll shape how it grows from the ground up.
You work alongside our Communications Manager, who owns Carbonfact’s voice and new content. They decide what we say; you make sure it ranks, gets cited and converts.
What you will do
Make Carbonfact the answer
Own our SEO and AEO strategy for the topics fashion brands care about most: carbon accounting and LCA software, Digital Product Passport, CSRD for textiles, Eco-Score, etc.
Build a clear keyword and page map, and optimize our pages for AI engines
Run the quarterly SEO/AEO review and turn it into a prioritized action list
Keep our content working hard
Own the refresh calendar for our solution, comparison, and product footprint pages and blog, so they stay accurate as regulations and our product evolve
Design our internal linking: pillars, clusters and hubs like the Textile Regulations Hub
Build the Carbonfact for Suppliers marketplace
Elevate visibility of supplier profiles, making each new supplier more valuable to the network
Make it easy for brands to discover verified suppliers, and turn that discovery into new demand for Carbonfact
Turn attention into pipeline
Build calls to action, landing pages, assets (benchmarks, tools, guides) and demo flows on our highest-intent pages
Run HubSpot nurture paths for organic and content leads

You love living in the data: Ahrefs, Search Console, AirOps, Claude, Hotjar, HubSpot
You use AI tools every day to build systems for research, drafting and analysis
