Growth Marketing Manager

Startale Group is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own how Startale App reaches, converts, and retains users through product go-to-market, lifecycle growth, experimentation, analytics, user-facing content, and Japan-focused regulatory delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy for Startale App launches and feature releases
• Coordinate launches across Product, Design, and Community
• Run acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across organic, community, and paid channels
• Improve onboarding and the end-to-end user journey with Product
• Design and run experiments and A/B tests
• Translate technical product updates into landing pages, blogs, emails, social content, in-app content, and announcements
• Run competitive research and user insight analysis
• Measure launch and campaign performance against product growth and onchain metrics
• Engage with Japanese regulatory and compliance stakeholders
• Translate regulatory requirements into go-to-market, messaging, and campaigns
• Work with Product Managers, Designers, and Community to deliver launches

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing for a digital product
• Native-level Japanese
• Business-level English
• Experience launching digital products or features end to end
• Strong command of go-to-market strategy and product positioning
• Experience running organic, community, and paid growth campaigns
• Ability to measure campaign performance and user behavior and adjust based on data
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects across teams
