Position overview
The Growth Marketing Manager owns execution, optimization, and reporting across five planned customer-acquisition channels: SEO and blogging, agentic outbound calling support, Google PPC, HubSpot email campaigns, and trade-show marketing. The role is designed for a hands-on operator who can manage programs, vendors, reporting, and conversion improvement across a full-funnel demand-generation model.
Key responsibilities
SEO & content marketing
- Own the SEO and blogging program, including content-calendar development, keyword targeting, on-page optimization, publishing coordination, and performance reporting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to create landing pages, blog posts, and conversion paths that generate qualified leads.
- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, lead conversion, and content performance using analytics tools and HubSpot reporting.
Outbound calling support & lead nurture
- Support the agentic calling channel by translating outreach insights into segmented messaging, nurture campaigns, and follow-up workflows.
- Build and maintain HubSpot lists, workflows, and campaign logic so call outcomes flow into structured lead nurture and pipeline reporting.
- Work closely with sales or business-development resources to improve targeting, follow-up speed, objection handling, and content alignment.
Paid search & landing-page optimization
- Manage performance-marketing efforts tied to Google PPC, including vendor coordination, budget pacing, conversion analysis, and landing-page feedback.
- Monitor cost per lead, close rates, and customer-acquisition cost by campaign and recommend reallocations based on performance.
- Align paid-search strategy with SEO, email, and event messaging to maintain a consistent acquisition funnel.
HubSpot email marketing & automation
- Build and launch email campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including batch emails, nurture workflows, segmented sends, and campaign reporting.
- Manage forms, landing pages, CTAs, dynamic lists, and automation rules within HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- Create reporting dashboards that track lead generation, email engagement, conversion by lifecycle stage, and campaign ROI.
Trade show & event marketing
- Plan, execute, and attend pre-show, onsite, and post-show marketing programs for 10 to 15 trade shows (predominantly September through April).
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and outside vendors on event promotion, messaging, lead capture, follow-up, and performance analysis.
- Ensure event leads are captured in HubSpot and entered into timely nurture or sales follow-up sequences.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of digital or growth-marketing experience in a B2B, technology, services, or consultative-sales environment.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience managing email campaigns, workflows, forms, CTAs, landing pages, segmentation, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience managing or closely overseeing SEO, paid search, and email marketing programs with measurable lead-generation results.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel performance metrics, including leads, conversion rates, cost per lead, and customer-acquisition cost.
- Experience using HubSpot reporting, Google Analytics, and spreadsheets to analyze campaign performance and support budget decisions.
- Excellent written communication and campaign-execution skills; strong project management across agencies, vendors, events, and internal stakeholders.
