Growth Marketing + Partnerships Strategist
- Develop growth strategies to increase online sales, leads, and brand visibility
- Help position and promote offers such as originals, prints, commissions, live painting, workshops, mobile gallery experiences, and lipstick preservation trays
- Advise on or manage paid marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, or others when appropriate
- Improve funnels that move people from awareness to inquiry to purchase
- Review website, landing pages, and calls to action to improve conversion
- Help set up or improve tracking, analytics, and campaign reporting
- Identify high-value commercial opportunities such as interior designers, hospitality groups, event companies, developers, luxury brands, corporate buyers, and other aligned partners
- Help develop outreach and partnership strategies for commercial commissions, collaborations, and larger contract opportunities
- Support follow-up systems for leads, partnerships, and sales opportunities

- Understands funnels, lead generation, and follow-up
- Can balance creativity, business thinking, and analytics
- Strong written and verbal English skills required
- Comfortable working directly with a Florida-based, U.S.-based brand
- Proactive, thoughtful, organized, and commercially aware
Remote (Central or South America preferred)
Florida-based brand / U.S. Eastern Time coordination expected
Part-time / contract to start (10-15 Hours a week)
