Sales Executive – Events & Entertainment Platform

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive sales and revenue for our event discovery and booking platform. The candidate will promote the platform, acquire customers and business partners, and increase bookings across movies, concerts, comedy shows, sports, exhibitions, festivals, workshops, and entertainment events.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into customers and business opportunities.
• Promote the platform and its events through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and direct outreach.
• Contact and onboard event organizers, venues, promoters, and entertainment partners.
• Explain platform features, ticketing solutions, promotional packages, and commercial benefits.
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into active customers/partners.
• Build strong relationships with customers and event partners.
• Identify new sales opportunities and participate in local events/networking activities.
• Maintain customer/lead information and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve monthly sales, booking, partner acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to improve event promotion and bookings.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of B2C/B2B sales and lead conversion.
• Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp, email, and social media sales.
• Experience in Events, Entertainment, Ticketing, Hospitality, E-commerce, or Technology Sales is preferred.
