Growth & Paid Media Specialist

We’re looking for a performance-obsessed Growth & Paid Media Specialist to architect our paid growth engine, driving results for our established brand portfolio and building our own bootstrapped ventures from the ground up.

1/ Scale & Optimize

• Take command of the budgets for our existing D2C/SaaS ventures and agency partners, relentlessly optimizing for profitable growth and market leadership.
• Act as the hands-on operator inside the ad accounts daily—diagnosing, iterating, and scaling campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok with extreme precision.
• Shift between sophisticated, brand-aware campaigns and conversion-focused, direct-response tactics to maximize commercial outcomes.

2/ Build from Zero

• Be the founding growth driver for our new, bootstrapped projects. You will take concepts from a blank, test and scale traffic sources and strategies.
• Work in a tight, high-velocity loop with brand strategist and designers to translate strategy and creative ideas into high-performing campaigns from day one.
• Own the entire performance marketing stack for new ventures, from initial channel testing and validation to building out the full, multi-channel growth engine.

• Technical Execution: 5+ years of hands-on-keyboard experience managing seven-figure annual budgets. You are a master of the ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), capable of building winning campaigns from a blank ad account.
• Commercial Focus: Deep and intuitive understanding of unit economics (CAC vs. LTV). Your decisions are driven by data and a relentless pursuit of profitable growth, not vanity metrics.
• Zero-to-One Mentality: Demonstrated experience taking a product, service, or campaign from concept to launch. You thrive in ambiguity and are energized by the challenge of building something new, not just maintaining it.
• Analytical Rigor: You are experienced and knowledgeable in analytics, attribution, and tracking systems. You can translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive strategy and execution without hand-holding.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Fluency in French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Portuguese is a significant advantage.
