You • live in paid performance (Meta / IG / TikTok / Google) — and can actually win • architect funnels like a product builder, not a marketer • obsess over AI automation, creative pipelines, and system speed • treat video as the strongest growth lever — story, structure, pacing, hooks • design experimentation systems, not random tests • build closed feedback loops where every learning compounds • extract signal fast, kill noise faster, and scale with discipline • combine creativity + data + execution like a weapon 🧠⚔️
What you’ll do • build & run full-stack growth: offer → funnel → creative → performance → scale • lead paid performance with calm confidence • design AI-powered workflows to speed testing + production • own video creative direction with storytellers and editors • design rapid experimentation loops with clear hypotheses & learning velocity • build closed-loop systems between data → decision → execution → learnings • create testing rhythms where narrative meets numbers • read data, decide fast, move faster

Your background • senior growth / performance experience in startup or real agency environments • proven wins at meaningful spend (not “$500 experiment” nonsense) • deep experience with: • funnels & CRO • paid performance • video creative & storytelling • AI tools + automation mindset • portfolio of real results, not buzzwords
Bonus points: • experience with creators, education, coaching, wellness, or premium service businesses
