Our team combines storytelling, game design, and data-driven product development to create engaging experiences that keep players coming back.
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager (Game) to join our team to be part of our mobile game for iOS and Android platforms for people from the Tier-1 region.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?Drive monetization strategy to increase RPD and ARPU through pricing, offers, and funnel optimization
Improve retention and engagement by enhancing onboarding, content, and user experience
Plan and execute A/B tests for monetization and retention features, analyze results and iterate
Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and measure success (RPD, ARPU, LTV, RR)
Prioritize and manage the backlog using frameworks like RICE, delivering high-impact initiatives on time
Collaborate with UA, marketing, content, and development teams to align product and growth strategies
Experience in mobile free-to-play (F2P) games or any apps with proven results in monetization and retention
Strong understanding of in-app economy design, live-ops, and engagement loops
Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven product development
Ability to analyze KPIs and financial metrics (ARPU, RPD, LTV) and turn insights into product decisions
Solid experience with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, UA, design, and development
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English, plus Ukrainian for internal and external communication

Understanding of narrative-driven products and content performance analytics
Knowledge of RICE scoring and other prioritization frameworks
